Our Competitively Priced Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reports

We have decided to do offer this service for our clients in order to identify any electrical safety concern so a plan of action if needed can be put into motion. Overall, we want every property to be as safe as possible.

All electrical installations deteriorate over time due to a number of factors such as wear, tear, damage, corrosion, age and excessive electrical overloading. They should therefore be inspected and tested at regular intervals to ensure they are in a satisfactory serviceable condition for continued use.

Our experienced and qualified competent electrical inspectors are able to conduct an inspection and test. This would facilitate the completion of an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR). We are also able to provide regulation numbers and supplementary documentation to demonstrate non-compliance's that maybe present. 

Further, we make use of digital images that are attached to the report. This is exceptionally helpful when conducting EICR’s on lager installations. This is by means of referring to the EICR Codebreakers Published by the National Association of Professional Inspectors & Testers (NAPIT). Notably, the EICR Codebreakers has been awarded the "Trade Tool of the Year" for the Electrical Industry Awards 2018. Overall we are able to provide regulation number and explain why it does not comply with the standard.
